Hydro-treater performance optimization model

Catalyst Intelligence has developed its own hydrotreating performance prediction tool.The tool can be used to predict cycle length and product properties as a function of feedstock quality and operating conditions.  The model can be used to do unit monitoring and to do case studies and study the impact of operational changes on unit profitability. The product roll-out is scheduled for 2021 and we are offering free video conferences with customers to present the capabilities of the model.  The model can be used on different catalysts and with different loading diagrams regardless of the catalyst supplier.  This tool provides immediate insight to refiners when they consider co-processing of renewables or changing the amount of cracked feedstock to a unit.
